Note: There is no GUARANTEE against Coccidiosis, Parasites, Elongated Soft Palate, and Viral or Bacterial Infections. We do not cover Cherry Eye, Entropion or Demodex due to the fact that this is very common in Bulldogs.

Your puppy has a one year Life Guarantee. Should the puppy die of a birth defect within one year of the time of purchase, "YourPuppyLuv" will provide a replacement puppy. To qualify for this guarantee, you must have kept the puppy under the care of a licensed veterinarian. The care must include all vaccinations
recommended by the veterinarian. To make a claim, you must bring a signed certificate from the veterinarian stating the cause of death and a copy of ALL of your puppy’s health records.

If there are no puppies available, one will be provided from the next available litter whelped.

General Terms and Conditions:

Failure to have the puppy examined within (5) five days of purchase, VOIDS ALL GUARANTEES. If you are not provided with a replacement puppy within 180 days of guarantee claim, (of same sex, breed, and retail value of original puppy purchased), then you will be entitled to a full cash refund of your puppy’s original purchase price, shipping price will not be refunded. The puppy cannot be returned after the quarantine period has expired and/or if it has been exposed to another animal, which has not been kept current on their vaccinations.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide immediate veterinary care to any puppy showing signs of illness or distress & failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void. Under no circumstance is a puppy to be destroyed prior to notification by the seller. If a puppy dies within the guarantee period, despite medical treatment, replacement will be made ONLY if a veterinarian certifies the cause of death. Seller will not be held liable for any medical or behavioral problems due to transit. Veterinarian or Emergency Veterinary care expensed incurred by the buyer, for any reason, will Not be Joulia Prous's responsibility.

Note: There is no guarantee on the color or size of puppy now or as an adult.

Note: If you are requesting your pupp's registration papers it might take on avarage from 2 to 6 months.

If a puppy is being returned for any health guarantee claim, you must also return all registration papers. Registration papers must be signed, transferring ownership back to "YourPuppyLuv". "YourPuppyLuv" will not be held responsible for any costs accrued after the sale is final.

Guarantee is not valid in case of accidental death or injury.

Further, once a purchaser reserves a puppy with a deposit he/she accepts the terms and conditions of the guarantee for congenital or hereditary disorders, and a buyer waives and relinquish any and all other rights that might otherwise have in the event of such occurrence. In the event of any litigation in connection with this Guarantee, seller will be paid reasonable attorney fees by the buyer. Venue and jurisdiction for litigation arising out of or related to this contract shall lie exclusively in Sellers County and State (Dallas, TX).
